Davisville Labs LLC is a California limited liability company. Davisville Labs operates distinct software products, including Compass, California Bitcoin, FiledProof, and FilmRightsProof. A product may publish additional terms or privacy disclosures that supplement these company-level policies.
Product and professional-advice boundaries
Davisville Labs products provide software, educational tools, research, verification, organization, and decision support. They do not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, financial-advisory, medical, therapeutic, admissions-consulting, accounting, auditing, brokerage, or other licensed professional relationship. Product outputs should be independently reviewed when a decision carries material legal, financial, educational, rights-clearance, investment, or other professional consequences.
California consumer notices
Davisville Labs is based in California. Company policies are intended to work alongside applicable California consumer, privacy, and automatic-renewal requirements. Where California law grants a nonwaivable right, the company Terms do not attempt to waive it. Privacy requests may be sent to hello@davisvillelabs.com with the subject "Privacy Request." Billing or cancellation questions may be sent to the same address.
Intellectual property
Davisville Labs names, product names, branding, software, designs, proprietary research methods, schemas, taxonomies, structured datasets, original written content, and other protected materials are owned by Davisville Labs LLC or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated. Use of third-party names or source materials does not imply endorsement, affiliation, ownership, or sponsorship.

Products may depend on or link to public records, APIs, websites, authentication providers, payment processors, hosting services, analytics tools, AI systems, and other third parties. Third-party content and services remain subject to their own terms, availability, accuracy, and security practices.
